Transitioning from medicine to another is the worst. I go through with it and I always say, never again, I cannot go through with these changes of medication ever again. It's too much and too risky. But I do it and I've done it several times. Doesn't make being bipolar easy at all. So much stuff we have to go through and the world goes around us like nothing. Meanwhile our world is all shook up. I really have a clue as to how you feel. Hope you have the right dosage and the right anxiety medication for you to alleviate your symptoms.
