WORK OUT TIPS WHILE ON MEDS

Does anyone have any tips or tricks to keep your weight managed while on meds?

I find that even though I work out 5 days a week and eat under 1100 calories that my weight stays the same.

Hi! Drinking lots of water throughout the day (at least an ounce of water for every pound of body weight) is a good way to stay full so as to not overeat as well as flush toxins from your system regularly. Maybe try taking a fiber supplement with water right before meals to reduce hunger during the meal and preventing second helpings. Also, nutrition and exercise go a long way in helping aid the body from excessive weight gain!
