Having read around I do see some traits of both BPD and NPD in me, confusing lol.

Most people have a spectrum of traits from many mental "disorders". I'd imagine that there's very few people who readily fit into any one particular category.

Personality Disorders are kind of a shorthand for describing someone's mental issues. I personally find the idea of such categorisation highly stigmatic - if someone goes to a psychologist and is diagnosed with a "Personality Disorder", its not exactly going to make them feel better about themselves...

Humans like to categorise things - but sometimes categorising people can be stigmatic and harmful...

The categorisation is mostly for insurance companies anyway. I have bipolar II with borderline traits. Who cares? I could also have bipolar I, borderline or bipolar NOS, and they would be treated the same way. What matters for me is whether the treatment works.
