Abilify side effects

Postby Cocinella » Mon Jul 07, 2014 10:35 am

HEy guys,

today is my 4th day on Abilify, generaly feeling ok. I had some anxiety for the 1st day, and I feel drowsy a lot. Today especially. I feel drowsy and lazy and my skin is so sensitive that I can't even bare the sheets to touch it. Is that normal?

How long does Abiliy need to work? I already feel better...but still...need some advice :)

HUGS**

I felt Abilify start to work very quickly after I began taking it...probably a week if not sooner. The first things I noticed was an overall feeling of calmness. I haven't had any side effects, and I've been taking it since December. It has also helped me to reduce my skin picking greatly. Hope this helps! :)

sabrdawg thank you so much for your words (hug*)

i am very happy to hear you have good results from Abilify :) well like i wrote abowe...i have some side effects, i am also noticing the inner restleness..not anxiety, just feeling like i can't stay still. i read it's "normal" response to med's but still it's annoying.

so drowsy, sensitive skin and inner restleness.

HUG** and stay well :)

I hope you're seeing more benefits than side effects! What are you taking Abilify to treat? I'm taking it alongside antidepressants for anxiety.
