It could be paranoia, but I'm really not sure.
Making a diagnosis on so little information is wrong,
and I'm not qualified to diagnose you anyway.
The best thing you can do for yourself is arrange to see a psychiatrist to discuss your feelings.
They will not only know if you are paranoid, they will offer you some help.
When I was deeply depressed I believed I was at risk of loosing my job. Then, my depression became known because of all the time I was taking off, ect. Rather than be a bad thing, I realized it probably ended my chances for promotion, but I could never be fired. The worst thing they could do to me was make me leave work on long term disability. (A benefit of being in a strong union)
I continued to do my best and stayed in my job until my first opportunity for retirement at age 55 and 32 years of service. Now its a party every day. Not quite, but life is way better when you are retired.
Take care,
It is not always possible to make someone's discomfort go away.
Sometimes, the best thing we can do is resist the urge to fix it and instead just say, "You, too?"
