Now I've just got to work to monitor my symptoms to know that I am headed in the right direction.

Glad you are doing better and that your psych has a plan re meds. In terms of monitoring yourself you could do mood charting. Also I am a bgt fan of figuring out your early warning signs and making a plan of what to do if you or someone else spots these. If you want to know more about this feel free to ask.

*hugs* Thanks again, Cracked!
I've actually got a mood tracker app that I've used near-daily since February (excluding hospitalization time early into its use). It's helped me keep everything in order while I have created a safety plan.

All good suggestions that I've got in place~ <3

I was actually put on Lamictal too and it made me violently suicidal. It was my 5th medication change in the last 3 months. I never thought I'd find the right one. But I did, and am more satisfied then ever.
Stay strong <3
Yikes, that's scary, Gabby! I've had that suicidal reaction on meds too. It certainly gives the impression that things won't ever get better, and that meds won't help because they're making things
worse!
Glad you were able to push through it as I did as well.
Thank you, stay strong too!~ <3
