Sodium Valproate

Hey guys,

My doctor has just prescribed me Sodium Valproate and I was hoping to get some first hand information from others who have taken this medication.

So can you please help me out with your experiences.

I have not been on this so cant help you directly but I know that ppl can do well on this. I hope you can get some good advice here

I have been taking Depakote (a mixture of sodium valproate and valproic acid) for almost two years now. Unfortunately, as far as side effects go, I take several other drugs all with similar side effects so I can't really say for sure they're caused by the Depakote alone. Sorry I couldn't be of more help There is a ton of information on the web, give it a Google.
