I do. Im not sure if this is completely accurate but what I've observed is that my cycle usually starts around Jan, march, or April and last for two months with depression coming before my manias. then I cycle again usually end of July, August, or September for 2 months with my depression before my mania. and then in the winter I get this seasonal depression (the kind of depression I think ur referring to).
I hope that helps

My episodes are shorter, only a few days and they are severe, but this year January I had a month and half depression episode. my episodes seem chaotic. Aren't your episodes too long for reccurent brief depression?

Nope. full blown mania for a month or so then level out.

I have brief hypomania episodes that seem to kick in when I'm agitated or engaged in some kind of verbal conflict. I start 3 or 4 threads of argument / topic and swiftly alternate between them until I'm satisfied that I've conveyed the messages. Obviously I get very frustrated when the recipient isn't able to follow adequately.
Have a nice day!

Probably but its hard for me to say. My meds must be working too well so I don't dip so low so as to recognise it as depression.
Have a nice day!
