You sound so down.
At the end of your line.
It is an effort to even just breathe when you are there.
I know the feeling of not having the energy to go to work, or even to go out and do nice things with my family.
If they are giving you more complicated projects, it means they must be satisfied with your work and trust you to be capable of more than you have been doing. That is a good thing.
Is there anyone at work you can talk to about your depression? If you work in a big company, then Human Resources is the usual branch you would talk to. Some big companies will even pay for a few visits to a psychologist. In a small company, just talk to your boss or one of the other supervisors. I hope you can find some reasonable accomadation at work to help you manage.
You sound so down. I am concerned for you.
Is there a family member or friend you can talk to?
I think the most important thing is to know that you are not alone.
We , on the forum, understand and are here to support you.
Take care,
It is not always possible to make someone's discomfort go away.
Sometimes, the best thing we can do is resist the urge to fix it and instead just say, "You, too?"
