Will I ever feel happiness again?

Postby Cocinella » Wed May 28, 2014 6:37 am

Here is a topic for all those of you, that still haven't found piece in your lives and a place where all of you that have found it can share your exepriences and give the rest of us some hope, that things will be better, we just need to hold on.

I can only say for myself that I just want days to be normal, me feeling normal, not the other way around, when every day is a struggle with my mood and I am missing all the normal stuff cus I am too busy handeling my mood.

Will it ever get better?

Thanks for all your support!

Hi

Things do get better. They might not always feel better (for me I am usually pretty stable nowadays but am not just atm). But overall things can improve. It is important to have a support structure round you and also not to give up. But yes things can improve. I hpoe they do for you soon.

Hugs

CrackedGirl thank you so much for your kind words :)

I believe you have more experiences than me on this field, I am just sad cus I think PDOC's actually "destroied" me with the pills, if I wouldn't eat all that s**t I wouldn't come so far as I am now when I think I need the pills. When my problems started...maybe if they'd talk to me and explain me what's going on I'd be able to figure everything out by myself.

I am seriously giving some thoughts to try chinese traditional medicine, acupuncture expecially, since I heard from a collegue of mine today at work that it helped her a lot with her panic attacks, anxiety and depression. Well since I am experiencing mood swings and everything "nice" that comes with it, I might give it a go. I have nothing to lose, but all to gain :)

Once again I thank you, stay well!
