Hi Cracked,
It sounds like this is a relatively short term upheaval. You will get through it.
I was visiting my son the other day and he mentioned something I use to tell my boys when they were young. "One thing at a time. Start to finish. Clean it up."

This too shall pass.
Take care,
It is not always possible to make someone's discomfort go away.
Sometimes, the best thing we can do is resist the urge to fix it and instead just say, "You, too?"

Thank you guys <3

I would even sleep with the headphones one or it would wake me up if I took them off. I was stressed out for the same reasons, moving and selling and buying a house. Wishing you well.

Listening to music is a good idea. I tend to have the TV on at night to try to calm my head down a bit but it can be stimulating- music may be better by the sounds of things. I will try listening to stuff that is calming maybe. Thank you

I love that Rachmaninoff piece too  Thank you <3

Thank you skilsaw - that is good advice and you make a really good point that this too shall pass and things will be OK. Thank you
