My hubby has asperger's and it's been hard for him to find work. Now he's finally working.
I'm so used to him being home. It takes him a couple of hours to get home b/c his job is a couple of hours away (no he can't find one closer to home, the job is part of an asperger's program).
Anyway, I miss him. It's a regular nine to five. I'm off today and feeling sad and lonely. I wish he was here. It's such a transition.

Congratulations on your husband finding a job.
I know some people like to fill the void with TV. (Although there are probably better ways to spend time...Maybe get a hobby? IDK...)

Hi

It is good that he has got a job but it must be a bit of a transition for you to say the least. Hopefully with time you will get used to it but can you think of any ways to fill the time and make it time for you - perhaps this would help. maybe you can find some social activities to fill your time or even some volunteering? I think by making the time for you it will help you to adjust to him not being there. Plus then you will both have things to talk about in the evening when he is home.
Hugs
