I feel agitated quite a lot; whether its someones tapping with their feet or talking really slow.
This seems to be my most pronounced symptom of Bipolar. Does anyone else feel this way and have you found some type of relief? A medication?

I get quite aggressive myself. I know it is part the bi polar, but it is also a piece of my personality .
i honestly enjoy my aggression, but it is something that demands careful monitoring . Aggression has the capability of destroying the things you love, but it can also fuel strength.
If you want to negate the agitation , taking deep breathes and remembering it is temporary and an irrelevant emotion for the situation can help. Also distracting yourself, getting something else into your mind can do well to get you over the agitation
Staying away from alcohol is a given

Yeah, quite a lot! And at the most insignificant stuff, like someone walking too slow in front of me.
I have to agree with bipolarmusician. I kinda like mine too, it makes me do stuff. At least it's better than the idiotic apathy I feel at times. BUT, it's dangerous. It can be destructive and it can have very bad long-term consequences. Boxing helps me. Destroying stuff too, but it has to be stuff meant to be destroyed. I think I remember someone mentioning once (was it Cracked?) that smashing bottles at those recycle thingys helps. Anything to help you release energy in a way that's not harmful for you or others, like loud music and stuff like that.
Some people respond well to meditation, but I find that it irritates me further! Try out some strategies and see what works for you.
