Hi Crawling.
You are really down on yourself, aren't you.
That's too bad. As if having a mental illness isn't enough, you feel you need to hate yourself.
I've not heard of anyone sleeping around when depressed.
I think it is more common for people to become permiscuous during a hypomanic or manic phase of bipolar disorder.
Let me guess at what is going on in your life.
Sleeping around is a viscious cycle that traps you.
First, you feel depressed, insecure and unloved and you get "love" the only way you know how.
Then you feel bad about it and the insecurity and lack of self love feels worse...
This leads to finding another partner.
which leads to more depression and insecurity.
I shouldn't put words in your mouth.
Give me the boot if I've got it wrong.
All I can say is that you are a person of value. Depressed, or not, everyone is entitled to be loved. But you deserve genuine love from a committed partner. Not always the easiest thing to find.
You are not a worthless slag.
Keep coming back to the forum for support.
People here have been through what you are going through and understand.
Take care,

It is not always possible to make someone's discomfort go away.
Sometimes, the best thing we can do is resist the urge to fix it and instead just say, "You, too?"
