Final chapter to close?

Hey everybody. Lately I've been going through a lot of car issues. I got an older Benz my dad bought as a "fixer-upper" for cheap cash in a rough part of town. My Dad was also Bipolar and could be quite impulsive at times, but mostly logical. He got the car, but legally it wasn't notarized (the title). I sold the other Benz that probably should've kept. Due to the the title mix I just gotta scrap it. It just brings me back to days of when someone is injured suddenly and stuff is left undone. Our old house had termites falling on our and water damage in the upstairs. It was a wreck. My dad had a hoarding problem of car parts from Mercedes. It was 20 years of hoarding and 3 dumpsters and a lot of work and stress to dig out of. He definitely needed to work on the hoarding with a therapist, but he never got the chance and was too busy a lot of times and was a work-a-holic. I haven't been able to see my therapist in almost 2 months. I'm sure glad to be in a new house. My brother decided to make the house a duplex-style and rebuilt the second floor into a living space and it's lot better than what I was living in previously. Me and my father were going to fix the old house, but never got the chance. So one of the weekends, I'm just going to pick apart the Benz and sell the parts on eBay and scrap it for $600.
