comparing antipsychotic dosing?

Hi I'm interested if anyone has information on antipsychotic dosing? I've found that 200mg seroqual works for me. Also 7.5 mg Zyprexa is pretty good. Is 200mg seroqual = 7.5mg Zyprexa (or is it closer to 5mg (in terms of dose strength.) I'm planning on trying abilify. I've never tried it before but I'm guessing that 10mg Abilify is about the same as 200mg seroqual and 7.5mg Zyprexa (in terms of dose strength). Does this sound correct?
