on edge again. feeling noises. panic attacks and unwarranted rages abound. I just feel.....ragged. Done. Interaction with most human beings too much to deal with, but kind of hard to avoid with work. two more days of work, two days of school, and then 5 straight days off. First time in more than 3 months I have had more than one day off. Just keep swimming.

Thanks both of you. I start my vaca tomorrow. I'm still very sensitive to noises, but feeling more even keeled otherwise.

I actually am getting a kayak rack installed on my new car, just waiting for parts to come in. ( I splurged for my birthday, I haven't been kayaking in months since I wrecked the truck) Spending some time with my best friend and her daughter during the week and taking the dog to the dog park today:)
