ok i am no expert here but i can speak from prior experience for you...
if u go for days without eating any 'real food' your depriving your body of the energy it requires for a normal days work. after a few days your body's natural energy stores are used up and require more. this is when the binge eating starts as you have a desire for the taste and an energy boost.
if it for weight loss reasons that you go days without eating, you would be better off just eating normall throughout the day, except eating healthier foods and smaller proportions instead of nothing at all. because as you know starvation diets do not work, 3 days work can be ruines by 1 binge, so yeah its like a never ending circle leading nowhere. ur best option is eat properly and exercise properly, and the best results will then come
