How do u stop bingeing?

I had a great week last week i was so good i ate really healthfully and felt fantastic but then monday morning comes round and all of a sudden i cant help myself again. this am i have just eaten the rest of my big dark choc bar that i bought last night. i feel sick and depressed. why didnt last weeks being good last longer. i didnt starve myself i just didnt eat rubbish and i felt fantastic by stomach didnt hurt so why did i go backwards and binge again?

I'm like you in a lot of ways. But I have a certain amount of control most of the time. Do you plan your meals or just start grazing on anything that is in your house or in your mind. I have to paln my meal choces daily. At times, it is real tough, like yesterday. I just put off eating the bad stuff minute by minute. I was ate the state fair. In the end I stuck to my plan; it was not easy, byt I feel good about myself. Do you skip meals? If I go too long without food, I get completly obsessed with thoughts of food.
