PLEASE READ!!

I think i've been a binge eater for all of my life, but i finally admitted and realized it recently. Ive looked up information on it, and I really don't want medication or therapy. is there anything that I can do to "kick the habit" on my own?

Hey, Samara! Talking to someone who cares might help. Maybe finding something else to do when you feel like binge eating, like working out a bit, posting here or writing the reasons you have to get better in a diary.
