I wanted to say that if you stick it through for one entire day without bingeing, you are as good as recovered because then you can remember your victoy the next day! I managed to do this and I am now only eating healthy things in between meals. Healthy does not mean that it it so low in calories that it leaves you hungry and makes you want to binge, it can be fruit, nuts, milk products. It is possile to overcome binge eating! Just stick it outone day and the next times will be so muich easier! Eat healthy, balanced meals, that is very important, otherwise you will ruin your metabolism.
