Thank you! I don't even snack, I take no cake because if I start, I can't stop. I miss the taste of cakes, but I will feel better when the weight goes down.

It can be hard to stop eating if you start eating a food your really enjoy, like cakes. Perhaps once you reach your aim of your weight going down a little you can try some cake again? I always eat cake at a cafe because then I can only buy one slice.

a binge eating this afternoon, I was anxious, thinking of my daughter because Halloween is soon, she used to love Halloween. but I stopped it quite fast, feeling "full" earlier than before.I progress, only once in 10 days, not twice a week.

What foods did you binge on? Halloween is not that far away, it's good that you can recognise that thinking of your daughter during this time was the trigger. How old was she when she passed away? You don't have to say if you don't want...

This is an improvement. There will always be some setbacks but the important thing is to try to keep going after a small setback and try again...

she was 9 but it's 10 years ago, so the pain is smaller year after year. No binge eating today. Yesterday it was chocolate and cakes.

She was so young.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Even if the pain is smaller after the years, that must still be so hard.

Good work getting through another day without binge eating. There will be times that are hard and don't work out but the important thing is to keep trying.

no binge eating yesterday and today, I improve. I was anxious but no extra food and I start feeling full after the meals, that's new, I didn't feel it for months.

I had a few years ago and took 20 kilos, then I lost that weight with weight watchers method. 6 months ago, binge eating came back, and I have taken 3 kilos. I would like to stop it, but I can't find the solution. I just discover this forum.
must be hard on you.
