Hello, I was wondering if you could help me with something. At several points of the day, I get very hungry for some reason. However, due to this, I've gained 3 pounds in 3 months. I've been trying to go on a diet, I have tried really hard to fight the urges to eat, but for some reason, I always get very hungry and start eating before I know what I'm doing. However, I've had a 3 pound weight gain and I really want to lose them, so does anybody have advice on me sticking to my diet without having second thoughts?

Just wondering...what exactly do you eat when you get that hungry? Do you reach for something very high in calories but low in any nutrients?
You know, I've struggled with a similar situation. Tho I wouldn't get hungry. I'd have lunch, and then 30 minutes later I wanted to eat something again. I was not hungry. Just wanted to eat. And I did. And then I'd feel guilty and eat more because 'what's the point of anything'.
I'm on a Slimming World diet now. One of their rules is you've got a list of free foods that you can eat as much as you want and whenever you want. That's what I munch on whenever I get hungry and it's not my meal time.
It has helped ME. Maybe it would you too?
