I keep eating all the time. I often spend around twenty pounds on drink and food when I go to the shop down the road from me. I've put on about four and a half stones in a year, and I think that I'm in danger of putting more weight on.
I just can't seem to stop eating. I'm constantly hungry, and nothing ever seems to fill the void. I've tried chewing slowly, eating healthily, eating small meals regularly, everything. I think that I have hollow legs!!
I was wondering if this is BED, or just pure Greed. Please can someone help me?
Thanks.

Hey again,
You're not greedy at all; no way are you. This thing is tough to get through, really tough. You've tried fighting the problem so now you could try 'not' fighting the problem. I mean, you could try accepting that you have a problem with your food. If you can accept it and embrace it rather than fightit then thing might become a little easier for you.
I say this because your diet sounds quite erratic at present. If, however, you can bring it under some control I'm sure that you would be under less stress. This is what has worked for me anyway.
Take care always,
Kevin
