Hi guys.
Eating habits can be so tough. I, too, struggle with them from time to time so I definitely understand where you're coming from.
Have you guys tried occupying your hands? Playing an instrument, doing a craft, writing, etc. are all options. For me, painting my nails helps. I love doing it and I wouldn't want to do anything to ruin them while they're drying, so it's a good way to help me avoid unhealthy behaviors. (I'm including SH in this since I struggle with self harm as well.)
