im new and i can't stop eating

im new here and i can't stop eating. im wondering if i have a binge eating disorder? can anyone tell me? right now im 380 and still going up!! i need help!

If you feel that you're eating too much and that it's taking over just know that you're not alone. I would initially suggest that you let someone close to you know how you feel if you haven't done so already, this will help you work through it all and give you some confidence. I'd also suggest asking your doctor know how you feel and see if they can refer you to someone that can help.

Please let us know how you are coping or you need any help because I'm sure there are a lot of people that have been in the same situation. I thought that I was completely alone when I started binge eating but a very close friend convinced me to seek help. It took me a while but I'm working through it now and I couldn't have done it by myself.
