Instead of eating fatty,high calorie foods,i eat fruits...lots of fruits.For example i've just eaten 2 apples and 6 oranges.Is this still considered a binge eating?
This way i got nearly 500 calories per binge instead of thousands.And i still have 3 meals a day.(Although i don't eat very much.)

no this isnt a problem i dont think .. its healthy snacking.. you can eat as much fruit and veg that you like.. its good for you.
