I binge only at 11 am and 1600, other times of the day i get satisfied with really nice and healthy meals.
Please help me, what can i do about those two periods......i tried to replace my sugar snacks with fruit and vegetables and nothing helps.....i get so hungry i want to die and sugar is the only thing which can satisfy me.
After i finish binging i feel so bad and ashamed of myself.

I would suggest that you either stop looking at the time or ensure that you are someplace else other than a kitchen during the aforementioned hours.
