get rid of all the food from your house

you can't eat if there is nothing to eat

and by the time you get to grocery store just to buy food you don't even want to eat, binge episode will long go away

This isn't a good idea in the slightest.
I'm not a regular on the Binge-Eating Forum and I binge-eat sometimes as part of another eating disorder, and I have too gone to extremes like this. This takes you into deep waters with eating disorders and behaviours you DO NOT want...

Why?
It worked for me.

Just keep your fridge 95% empty, only buy wat you want to eat.
Unless you are super rich you are not going to go on binge spedning rampage

I must have taken it wrong, I thought you meant that you needed to get EVERYTHING food-wise out your house and starve...
