You should really try to break this cycle by introducing something new into your day. I mean, go for a regular walk or something. For the acne you should begin moisturising. I am 23, male, and have very sensitive skin but two things make a marked difference to my skin: Water and moisturiser.

Every time I have a shower I leave moisturiser on my face for about 5 minutes beforehand. Also, I drink about 8 litres of water per day.

acne is not necessarily a result of sugar,

check out http://www.relieve-acne.com for some acne advice and http://www.acneforums.net for some acne support

Only eat little bit of chocolate, but eat bananas and other sweet things when you start craving some. There's nothing wrong with
you. :)
