Why don't you try to eat regularly, even when you're not hungry? It's inevitable that when you don't eat for days you'll overeat out of a basic hunger drive from your body. I know that when you can't control how much you eat when you eat, the last thing that you want to do is eat when you don't feel hungry... even if it has been a few days.
I was bulimic, and did the whole starvation thing to try to compensate/punish myself for the binges. It got worse and worse the more I tried to control it. The only way I was able to (slowly) stop was by feeding myself at regular time intervals even when I didn't "deserve" it because of a binge. The whole drive for binges is a sense of deprivation, which is just exacerbated the more that you try to compensate for binge with starvation.
So I don't know how helpful this is, and since I don't know your situation, but I hope you can find some way to get back to a comfortable/normal level of hunger. I know it really sucks, I still struggle with it. What's going on in your life right now (or has happened in the past) that fuels this, do you know? Do you go to counseling/therapy?
