What are some health dangers of drinking someone else's urine?

Low risk in general. But specifically, high sodium content. The chance of bacterial contamination. And passing through of medications.

you can make that very low risk.
urine of a healthy person is sterile, and there aren't many cases where it gets significantly contaminated with bacteria.

If you make sure the person who will give the urine is fairly healthy and drinks plenty of water, not a whole lot of problems. Lots of water can greatly reduce the strong odour and taste.
If you do drink urine, don't re-drink it. Each time it passes through your system, it becomes more concentrated.

Ask the person what drugs they are on. Eg you do not want an accidental fly agaric trip, some people do look all normal on drugs.
