Rocky I and II - Adrian

For those of you who've seen both Rocky I and II, you may be familiar with Adrian's extremely shy and avoidant character. What do you think about her? How do you relate to her? Did she portray your personality well as an avoidant?

I really think Adrian is one movie character that is based on a person with avoidant personality disorder. That, or it may be Asperger's ...

I admit the other Rocky movies were crap and did not have the same Adrian as the one in the first two movies, so let's just ignore them and focus on the character in the originals in this thread.

It's been a while since I saw the movies, I think I didn't know about AvPD last time. But I did indentify with her as a shy and timid person, wishing I could find myself a Rocky

Rocky is admirable. He managed to tame (or, rather, untame) an avoidant.

But it sure took quite a while. Maybe it's the eggs he drinks raw every morning for breakfast.

Come on, this should be an interesting thread. Why have I only received one response so far?
