Do others feel like this?

I know this is a site for those who have "problems", and I have AvPD and Social Anxiety, but I feel like everyone has a better control over it and I wonder sometimes if they constantly think like I do, second by second, of anything... be it good or bad, they feel so trapped and stop for a second and think, "How do people not feel like I do? Do they have racing thoughts? How crazy do I seem?"

And then that leads me to thinking I am too "weird" to talk to anyone and I end up in my shell again. It's such a bad cycle... And then I wonder if me being an INFJ and a Cancer have any relation because it feels like it and sometimes it's a lot to handle, what I think about. I do wonder if there are people who think like I do or am I alone. Even here.

I do feel that way. I have no control what so ever.

All of us here are screwed up in the head in some form.

Some of us have it bad, some not so bad. It's all about perspective. Some are worse off than you, some are in a better position.
