all i meant is it doesn't get to the root cause of the anger and stop it in its tracks, but i guess that depends what is causing the anger, and tho ive been known to "avoid" i dont think i'm a "proper" avoidant, have a whole load of other issues, lol. but times ive been pissed off at myself for avoiding stuff, getting out and exercising REALLY helps. ...considering this is the AvPD forum that's probably the relevant bit!
if i get the choice i prefer to shop at the 24/7 late in the evening (daytime can be like 28 days later

i guess most of my anger just has other causes, but i can really understand the anger/avoidance thing too. and yes doing some exercise and turning the day around can really help with that sort of thing!

It all depends how hard you work out. When i leave the gym there is no anger or any issues about. There is a big sign in the gym and it reads "Pain is just weakness leaving the body".
Lol! yeah, well that's when it started coming down to the 4hr workouts lol if i do weights i train to failure, so its definitely not intensity thats the problem, lol. other stuff i like to do some sport or go outside for a run cause i find treadmills boring as $#%^

agree with that.
