I need your advice.
When someone asks me a question like “what’s wrong with you today?” I go crazy in my mind. I want to scream “everything is ****** okay!!!!!!!!”. These questions drive me mad, I lose control for a moment and usually I feel even worse because I have no answer. There is NO answer at all, I feel bad and that’s all. As a result, I reply rough things because of a tantrum. I don’t want to hurt others feelings and I regret my actions after some time. Then it leads me to self-destruction…and the cycle goes round again.
So my question is…how do you deal with it? How do you answer these stupid questions? What should I answer?
I've got the spirit, but lose the feeling.

Heya,
This question annoys me too but it's not really a question at all - it's just a greeting more than anything else. So, you could just respond by saying 'fine, you?' or even just nodding your head slightly to acknowledge their presence. You do'nt have to answer it everytime, You'll find some annoying idiots who go to the trouble of answering it directly, but thes are typically the type of people who are loud and appear to be happy no matter what.
....if you dont want to answer it, then dont (just punch them in the face instead

)

I have the same problem as you. These questions are really uncomfortable. I try to imagine good intentions in the interviewer and I usually answer. I couldn´t sleep last night and I´m really tired. I´m not for anyone today.
If I see bad intention, I answer "yeah, and you have a really tired face today, too. What´s the matter?" "Have you got any problem?"
