Ican't stand her anymore

Hi guys, im new on the blog and i just found out i have avpd. I usually can't stand up for myself so certain individual do tend to pick on me,even if they are not really bullies. I have a cousin who makes my life a real hell. She does the wrong stuff and everyone else puts the blame on me. She made everyone against by picking up fights about things i had no idea i had supposedly done to her and manages to manipulate people into thinkinking am at fault,i dont even talk to her. She even reads my messages and questions me about them and she won't leave me alone until she's made a 'point' across. When we do talk she immediately goes and discuss the matter with my aunt after twisting the story,just to get some attention.I have no say coz i stay at her parent's(my aunt and uncle) place.it's usually fine when she's not around.I get on ewell with everyone.She'll be back this holiday how can i make her stop without people thinking am fighting with her.I just don't want my aunt and uncle to think am disrespecting them and i dont have anywhere else to go. how can i beat her at her own game.

Avoidants are sensitive as hell, but at the same time there are some people around who can take advantages of these situations. Some of them do that unconsciously but others do it because there aren´t good people.
I´ve never been bullied but I´ve been always considered the black sheep in my family or at least I feel in this way.
I´d tell you to focuss on yourself to cope with your avoidance and have a better sel-steem and as for your cousin, there ae two roads: go out home when she was in or talk to her and put the things clear (and be away her as much as possible if you can´t stand her).

Date a narcissist. Ask them for help.

My sister was just like that, and still is. I never found a way to best her, I just had to put up with it till she moved out.
