So you did it the right thing in not accepting the deal. They are the ones who have to prove you made a mistake.

Not neccessarily. If I fight it I SHOULD win. But people who are right sometimes lose. If I get fired I lose this transfer to the lower paying job. If I fight it and pay my lawyer thousands I MIGHT win in a year or so and win my job back. I know a guy who went through the proccess and it took him about a while year to win his job back.

It's official. I'm a pasta assaulter. I got the paperwork today. I will have a 4 day suspension on my record for threatening a bad employee with a bowl of pasta. They also got me for talking to another employee about her behavior. All I was doing was trying to get him to corroborate the fact that she was late. She shows up late all the time and then just lies and says she's not late. They don't make people punch a clock so it's hard to prove that kind of thing.

I'm going to another job in the same organization. So this is on my record. I'm the bad guy. I'm the hard worker and they tell me work overtime without pay. Then they let the no good lazy people take paid half hour breaks and show up late. Hopefully I will have better supervisors in the department I am moving to.

No. It's not right that I have a 4 day suspension on my record. I'm going to grieve it. I just outlined my argument to my lawyer. I was the victim of poor management that didn't give any tools or guidance on how to deal with a poor employee.

The closing party was today. I stopped by at 11 am, but I had to go. I couldn't hold it together seeing my place all cleaned out like that. And I didn't even feel like I belonged there anymore. It was bad. I wanted to see if my computer account had been enabled. It hadn't. I went out and sat in my car crying for an hour. Then I drove for a few hours. Then found a computer.
