I don't know if anyone's interested, but I thought I'd report on my weekend. I had quite a social weekend, something that is very rare for me. I met a bunch of new people, had to work at small-talk, etc, I did a bit of public speaking, and spent several hours at a time in social contexts. And guess what? I was ok!

At times I began to feel anxious, but generally I was ok and enjoyed myself.
I think using the self-hypnosis mp3 along with practising affirmations over the past several days has made a difference. This is really good news. My anxiety level has decreased a lot, without medication of any kind! I'm going to continue listening to this mp3 each night, and practise my affirmations.
