Do you ever feel like you're stuck inside your head?

Yes, i feel like my whole life is being played out in my head and none of it is real.

Of course....being an isolated ego stuck inside a bag of skin can feel very alienating at times....not to mentioned un-real and yet the only reality that seems to exist so to speak. It also feels that once this head and body goes that the world will go too, even if that really isn't the case.
