Cardio yes, but ab crunches for what? You can't spot reduce any section by working it. It would be like getting a skinny face from chewing gum. It doesn't work too good....

Yes, but to tone what? Take the fattest guy and every single muscle he has is toned. You just can't tell it's toned because there's body fat covering all his muscles. Being toned means you have little bodyfat. The only way to lower the fat is through diet and exercise (ie: cardio). But to do crunches to eliminate fat on the midsection won't work.

I think you are making mistake to use your will power. I feel that you wanted to give direction to your will power, but you can't do that. Actual reason is here: You are using determinist will power. I meant pre-determinist. This is so selfish type will power, many people slip here to recognize it.

You have to apply free will power here. Free will power is able to do so, by this you can achieve impossible thing whatever is in your life. Free will means you will try to raise your will power by constant trying and thinking many positive possiblities . Here you will not lose you confidence or will. But your sight must be on your goal.

Nothing will do any good unless I get control. It's really surprising that I am not really fat the way I've been eating lately. I did my 36 hours without food yesterday. A good start. I had an egg, toast and a banana. Then I had some mac and cheese with peas and carrots. That would have been good. But then my girlscout cookies came in. FREAKING GIRL SCOUTS!!! I still didn't eat after 4pm. Let's see what I do tonight. Those damn girl scout cookies are still there. I only ate half yesterday.

Huh? I lost a few in the past few days. Anyone want some girlscout cookies? It really helps to get sleep. I've noticed lack of sleep really makes you crave fatty junk. I'm planning on 5 concerts this weekend though. Doubt I will get much sleep.

It's actually best to keep those things around and stare at them without eating to prove the willpower.
