Would allow humanity to become extinct?

Me too. This thread was alright when we were discussing my totally unrealistic fantasies about repopulating the planet by breeding with beautiful young actresses. What's wrong with Jessica Simpson?

Oh.

There is no doubt humans will become extinct - we will in short time soon join the long list of the many species which have come and gone on this little blue ball. We probably took out a fair number of other species right with us along on the way to our demise, but hey, we're good at something. Therefore, I wouldn't have to allow it. Humanity will do all the work for me. I just wish I could be there at the very end, to see the last huddled group of humans die off (probably in a bomb shelter somewhere after a few countries finally decided they "couldn't get along," and wanted the end times to come a little faster).

As the late and great comedian George Carlin has said, humanity has squandered great gifts. Binocular vision, opposable thumbs, upright locomotion, large brains, making tools, language, etc. We gave it up for our leaders, God, superstition, and gadgets/goods. We're a selfish species that grew up too fast without knowing how to handle itself and its creations over the long haul (long judged by the duration humans have been on the planet - we're just a momentary flicker in the overall time span of the universe).

I've divorced myself from this failing species, and will enjoy the front row seat at the freak show till the end. The planet won't miss us, and judging by how we've abused it for own our purposes, we won't miss it either - we'll be gone.

neway, i guess im more scared of people. i assume people are much better than me automatically and that makes me nervous around pretty much everybody, and especially people who i like. I only open up to people who are obviously unpopular and i know wouldn't reject me. and its only once i get to know them that i get disillusioned with them and distance myself. and thats why i have no good friends who i can talk to or relate with. v:?v

Yes, It´s me. I perhaps misunderstood but he/she makes allusions to me that doesn´´t like. For example: Cut out your superior air, only because I put an emoticon in a post. S(he) makes me commentaries that I considered harmful. I tried to apologize him/her many times by PM, but it´s impossible. If you want delete this massage, delate some of his/her messages that I considered offensives. I have tried to explain but is impossible.
