Joking around online

Are you saying that you like joking around with the normal people on other websites? I do that too - and I love doing it. They can be so predictable at times - I have very little respect for them.

By the way, Shinji, that's an awesome quote of a quote of a quote of a quote of a quote of a quote (a few posts up!).

You've got a point there. All I ever find are people who are constantly criticizing others for the fun of it. It's weird, but a lot of times I get a sense of hatred toward humanity because I can't relate with the normal people. Sometimes I feel like punching my wall because I can't have things the way I want them to be.

They just do that because they themselves have low self esteem. Of course not to the degree that we have. They do it as a mild form of malignant narcissitic supply.

Yeah I bet they're all just a bunch of losers, but I can't work up any courage to fight back. So I just ignore them instead and it amuses me to see them asking why I won't talk to them.

I would hardly get much enjoyment from putting up a fake profile on some dating site. Instead, with the enormous amounts of time I spend online, there's usually a few sites which I'll browse. Most of the time there's only stupid stuff posted. Sometimes you'll find something hilarious. Other times, you'll just see really ###$ up $#%^. About the only way I seem to be able to pass the time these days.

Yep. I've never run into anyone on a dating site that didn't have MAJOR issues. One women I chat with liked my obnoxious Chadster personna. I think it was just because he was wearing a suit. She said she couldn't resist guys in suits. She's very attractive too - she could have lots of guys. But she picks out some jerk because she likes his face and his suit.

Are you sure you want to be lying to people like that? I mean, she might have issues that could become worse if she finds out that your profile is just a joke. Try to put yourself in her shoes, if you can. I don't mean to soumd harsh, but just want to make sure you've weighed-up what you're doing.

I should also metion - I am not using my pic in this. now THAT would take guts. I found a site with goofy pictures and it's got a guy begging with a goofy smile and another with him choking himself.
