This saturday night got back home from thanksgiving at my aunts/ uncles house. Then plan to play video games for a couple more hours.

I couldn't go anywhere for Thanksgiving, my whole family went to my Aunt's house except for me. I just stayed home so I wouldn't have to deal with the stress of people talking to me. Why do I have to be like this?

I did absolutely nothing this week.

My family is all losers, we have tons of relatives but my parents can't get along with any of them. They didn't go anywhere/ have anyone over for Thanksgiving, and I slept the whole day in my room anyway.

It's late, late Saturday night/Sunday morning here, and I'm still recovering from Thanksgiving. Seriously, worst holiday ever. Not only does it make me recall the disgusting, jingoistic history behind the day, thus reminding me of everything I hate about everything, I also get to eat food in front of a small crowd of highly talkative relatives.

It was a nightmare, although thinking about it now is kind of funny. I mean, I just sat there, staring blankly for 3 or 4 hours, doing absolutely nothing. And then someone just had to bring up politics. Gods of hell, I should have anticipated it. I should have tried to plan ahead for it. So yeah, out of nowhere, the half-dead mute guy explodes, stands up and walks out of the room shouting angrily to himself. Damn, that was messed up.

Also, I've been watching that Dungeons & Dragons cartoon from back in the 70's/80's. Best cartoon ever!

Do you mean Ulysses 31? I looked it up and that's all I could find. If so, then that definitely looks awesome. I'll see if I can download that somewhere. If not, there's always Youtube. Good old Youtube. Also, now I feel like watching Evangelion for no apparent reason.

I have no life.

Girl Disappearing wrote:Today I baked this cinnamon bread thing. I kinda burned the sides of it because the middle would not cook for some reason. It happened the last time I tried baking it also. It frustrates me because I am usually a good cook..but I can't bake this thing without burning it.

Have you tried using a different type of pan? Maybe the pan your using holds all the heat to the sides.

This Saturday night I'm going to some dinner party thing at my mom's coworkers house. :( That's going to be torture. Then get home and write a teacher recommendation for myself because the teacher is too lazy to write it. Which i don't think is legal but no one will know.

It's already Saturday here and I'm doing the usual. Staying in my room isolated from everybody else. Gosh my life is a failure.

Yeah, it was pyrex. I'll try the foil thing next time. Thanks.

You're better off just getting a cheap aluminum pan. But foil on the pyrex might help enough.

I went to Montreal Sunday for the opera gala. I wandered around town a bit even thought it was super cold and windy. I got some stuff at a bakery in chinatown. The almond cookie was really good. They pulled me over at the border when I mentioned I got stuff in chinatown. Then they asked it I was bringing back any drugs. Duh. No I said.
