Yesterday someone said something to me that really pissed me off... I became very upset about it and kind of.. tightened my neck so much that my skull sort of rattled. I've been doing it often, getting mad thinking about that comment, could it be from repressing my emotion to kick this guy's ass? Before High School I was always getting into fights, but when I got into High School, I wanted to make my citizenship record look at least decent, so I've forced myself to just repress my rage, so what could this rattling suggest? Should I ask a doctor about it? I think it could be unhealthy.

Back when I used to engage in physical activities like running etc. I experienced the same rattling. I think it also used to happen occassionally when I was just doing normal everyday things or tightening my neck like you mentioned. It hasn't happened to me for years, so it will probably stop happening to you momentarily. I doubt that it has anything to do with repressed anger though.
