Dreamer's Disease

It is the flag of the Eastern Roman Empire / Byzantium.

I guess because near the collapse of the empire it was basically just Constantinople, ignoring a few other cities, which was a walled city, very hard to enter or besiege, but very "isolated" in the sense that all the lands surrounding it where under the control of the turks. If I would parallel myself to any type of city, it would be a walled city, and I am rather isolated. That and it is interesting to read about.

This forum has at least three fish, or people with fish related names... I wonder if there is any reason for this? There is a red herring, a troutman, and I suppose I would have to be halibut, considering what I based the name off of.
