Hola,

At university they have help for the disabled, gay rights, finance, faith groups, a bloody medieval reenactment society (don't ask) etc. People come to talk in incredible detail about all the help you can get. Yet there is nowhere for me to go, I just have to continue doing all the things i hate and find excruciating eg presentations in front of 50 people because nobody knows about this damn problem and i wouldn't want them to know either.

If there's a student health center, then isn't there a place for you to go?

I'm not in school anymore, and I assume there was some mental health help available when I was in school, but I also know I wouldn't have gone in for it anyway.

Is there no help available for you - or no help you're willing to seek? If the latter (which is where I am), then trying to figure out how to help oneself is what's left.
