I think the joke was that one of them seemed to carry around a bag that looked remarkably like a ladies handbag. As far as I recall, it was Tinki-Winki, the purple - and eldest - one.

I thought August Rush was a really good movie.

Empire is an oldie. Christian Bale as a kid. Not many kids make it as adult actors too.

I saw the Last Samurai in the cinema and then went out to buy it on DVD for my brother. I was quite surprised at how good it was, but I think they could have found someone more suitable than Tom Cruise to play the lead role. I would have preferred an all-Japanese cast, and it to be in Japanese with English subtitles.

Heya,
Thanks for opening-up there. It's strange about the NPD thing that you mentioned there because I also have all of its traits, but I equally suppress them, like you do too. I don't frequent the NPD forum here too much either because it doesn't really cause me too much of a problem. Like, I know that to express my NPD-self would make my life much worse than it is.

My friend, two years ago I could not handle confrontation either, and I avoided it at all costs (On a humerous kind of note, this meant that using boards.ie was out of the question!). I soon began to get very upset by the fact that I was becoming scared of - well - the world in general. So, I allowed myself to become angry with people, and I also intentionally began to create confrontational situations on boards.ie. After much trying, I am now at a point where I can engage in arguments quite well.

Well, it sounds like a silly thing to do but it works. At first, all I did was make a controversial statement and then never check back to read the replies. After a few weeks of doing that, I eventually plucked-up the courage to actually read some of the replies. Later still, I managed to be able to actually stand-up for my argument in the forums by replying. It's 'baby steps'.

I set my narc side loose in the PoF forums last year. It was SO much freakin' FUN!!! I must have mentioned it here before. I put up a pic of a male model and said all the most insensitive sexist things. A woman complained that her date was looking at other women and my personna - The Chadster - said it was HER fault for not making herself look hot enough. Yes, he always refered to himself in the 3rd person as The Chadster.
The Chadster posted about having to take sensitivity training for calling a woman at work "knockers." That was a good one. It was definitely "knockers" own fault though.
They kicked The Chadster out after a while. I guess that's a good thing. I was having trouble keeping up with all the e-mails women were sending to him.

Dunno. The Chadster sounded like a pretty obnoxious name. The old posts are still there on PoF. Some guy complained that he wasn't attracted to the woman who wanted to date him. The Chadster said he needed MORE BEER.
