I've finally decided to go for a career/major and stick with it. This means I'll be transferring for the 2nd time to a different college. I went to school in Buffalo, NY for two years, then transferred to a school in Chicago, and now after one year I'll be transferring to a school in Boston.
Because of the major I'll be heading into, I haven't completed any of the classes it requires, which means I'll be going to this school in Boston for 4 years. That totals 8 years to gain my Bachelor's degree.
I just wanted to inform you guys of this huge change. Something I have been mulling over for the last few years. Any of you thinking of heading back to college, having trouble deciding on a career or a major, should consider taking risks. But do so by imagining yourself in the field. Don't get thrown off by every turn off of a career/major or decision. It's difficult to explain but I think you can figure out what I mean. I used to think just doing the research was enough, but what I really needed to do was imagine myself in the situation and ask, "Is this for me? Can I imagine myself doing this?"
Hey, if I can do something like this, so can you.
