Has anyone else tried drawing zentangles to help keep yourself present, and not stuck in self shaming?
I recently started learning to draw various zentangle patterns. It took a few months of convincing from my therapist ( I had convinced myself that I could never do anything artistic), but now that I started I love it. I find I can critique a small error, but if I push through and finish the whole tile I end up really liking what I made.

I'd never heard of it, so thank you for bringing up something completely new to look at.

If you are anxious you are living in the future.
If you are at peace you are living in the present.”
